Caring for your LENZE Archive
- Clean lenses with the microfibre cloth provided — avoid paper, clothing or rough surfaces
- Rinse with lukewarm water to remove salt, sunscreen or dust before wiping
- Store in the case when not wearing — protects the frame and lens coating
- Avoid leaving in direct heat — car dashboards, saunas, or prolonged sun exposure can warp the frame
- Do not use household cleaners, solvents or alcohol-based products on the lenses
- Handle by the frame, not the lenses — keeps the polarized coating clean and scratch-free

Returns
All LENZE Archive frames are quality checked before dispatch. Due to the nature of our current operations we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on unwanted items — please ensure you are happy with your selection before completing your order.
If your frames arrive faulty or damaged, we will make it right. Contact us at contact@lenze.uk within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the fault and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
