Caring for your LENZE Archive
- Clean lenses with the microfibre cloth provided — avoid paper, clothing or rough surfaces
- Rinse with lukewarm water to remove salt, sunscreen or dust before wiping
- Store in the case when not wearing — protects the frame and lens coating
- Avoid leaving in direct heat — car dashboards, saunas, or prolonged sun exposure can warp the frame
- Do not use household cleaners, solvents or alcohol-based products on the lenses
- Handle by the frame, not the lenses — keeps the polarized coating clean and scratch-free

Returns
All LENZE Archive frames are quality checked before dispatch. We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your frames must be unworn and unused, in their original case and packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at contact@lenze.uk.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
